The term itself infers what this class is all about- the core and gaining power and strength. This class is heated (85 degrees) to ignite the tapas (heat within the body). All levels. Expect to practice deeper yoga postures, twists, and a few arm balances. All levels.
BBW- Best of Both Worlds
Yin and Yang, black and white, high and low, fast and slow- it’s important to maintain balance not only in life but in your exercise routine. Best of Both Worlds is a 1 hour and 15-minute yoga class with elements of power and yin classes. Class will begin partially heated (85 degrees) and encourage tapas (heat) in the body. All levels.

This is a great session for meditators and yoga practitioners of all levels and anyone who wants to bring higher vibrations into their lives for greater healing and creativity. This practice stimulates and balances the chakras, particularly the heart, throat and third eye enabling us to know and speak our truth with clarity, depth and love.
Guided meditations will always be donation based and are highly encouraged. They offer 15- minutes to settle down in your space and let go of everything happening, everything that has happened, and everything that will happen. No experience necessary.
