$250 1-hr [Book Now]
Your journey with ayurveda starts with knowing what your individual constitution — called dosha, and potential imbalances are from an ayurvedic perspective. Using pulse and tongue assessment combined with an in-depth exploration of your personal history, Monica Yearwood, founder of Hamsa Ayurveda Lifestyle Center, can assess your constitution which includes overall metabolic tendency, digestive tendency, body type and emotional predispositions.
*Ayurvedic assessments are 30-minutes in length. Once you book your appointment you will be sent an interactive video that will prepare you for our meeting by educating you on ayurveda and what to expect. It is VERY important to watch this video and complete your intake forms 24-hours prior to your appointment with Monica. We want your time to be well spent focusing on you personally, and we want to prevent your appointment from becoming a private tutoring session on introduction to ayurveda.
