AYURVEDIC SEASONAL TREATMENTS
Ayurvedic spa treatments have been used for thousands of years for their medicinal value. At Hamsa Ayurveda Center our Ayurvedic Spa Treatment menu changes seasonally to augment influences in the body and in the mind.
All of our treatments begin with a consultation with our ayurvedic therapists in order to determine your current constitution, and to select the appropriate herbs and oils to be used during your treatment. After your shower, you will receive instructions on how to maintain your therapy at home.
